What is your return policy?
Any item can be returned as long as it's within 14 days, has not been washed and is in the same condition with tags and all! Simply reach out to us on Social Media, "contact us" on this website or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Should you need an exchange; we kindly ask you to post your item back to us, once received we will then cover the cost of sending you out another.
Should you need a total refund; simply reach out to us on Social Media, "contact us" on this website or email us at email@example.com We will refund you the price of the item(s), (we can't refund you for used postage and packaging).
Unsure on sizes?
All our Unisex items are designed to be a relaxed fit, if you would like a more fitted feel you may benefit from sizing down.
Our single sex items are true to size.

What are the payment options?
You can pay with most major credit cards and debit cards (amex included!), PayPal or Clearpay. The P.O.S.H. team are working on new payment methods. We are currently working hard on Apple Pay and Google Pay!
What is Clearpay?
Select Clearpay at checkout and fill out a short form to get an instant approval decision.
Clearpay pay the P.O.S.H Country upfront for you so they can ship your order straight away.
Clearpay split the cost into 4 instalments, taken automatically every 2 weeks. You’ll pay the first instalment at the time of purchase.
Clearpay is always zero interest and free when you pay on time. The only fees are if you're late making a payment

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes we do! Simply buy the one you want and within 24 hours you will receive an email including instructions to follow!
Where is my order, it hasn't arrived?
Firstly, let us know, we can look into it for you and update you! You can do this via chat on our website, instagram, Facebook, email or our "contact us" page.
We have two different postage options (Royal Mail 1st class & Royal Mail 2nd Class). We always endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as we can! This means orders should reach you in good time.
We only use "Royal Mail" to ensure the safest, fastest delivery to you.
With the current Covid-19 situation we are being told that should anything be running late, during the pandemic we should allow up to 18 days for late post to arrive, we know this isn't ideal and we hope this never happens! Please don't hesitate to email us if you have a concern! email@example.com
